• Only 27% of Broadway playwrights are women — most stories on stage still come from a male perspective.
• Women hold just 23% of tech leadership roles — despite driving innovation behind the scenes.
• In Congress, women have historically occupied only 25% of seats — though they make up over half the population.
• In film directing, women represent just 18% of top-grossing credits — their vision remains sidelined.
