Administration Manager – Bookkeeper

We are looking for a part-time Administration Manager/Bookkeeper to provide ongoing bookkeeping and administrative support to the theatre, driving organizational success through the management of daily/weekly operations and special projects. Experience is needed with QuickBooks, email tools, spreadsheets, and social media. This position will assist with donor relations, grant management, and box office maintenance. Previous experience as an Office administrator would be an advantage.

The position will work remotely from home until a new theatre is secured. The position needs to be available for regular day meetings and periodic evening theatre shows and events.
