Synopsis: right before i go is a poignant play that brings to life the final words of individuals lost to suicide, including heartfelt messages from celebrities, LGBTQIA, veterans, and bullied youth. Surprisingly hopeful, right before i go shares powerful stories of survival, illuminating both struggles and resilience.
right before i go by Stan Zimmerman (Gilmore Girls, Golden Girls) will be performing from September 20-21 at New Tampa Performing Arts Center, 8550 Hunters Village Rd, Tampa, 33647 at 7 pm.
This staged reading of right before I go will be the centerpiece of Powerstories Theatre’s “Celebration of the Power of the Arts” Theatrical Fundraising Event.
Local personalities will be reading some of the letters.
Please prepare a 1-minute monologue appropriate for the show.
All genders and ethnicities are encouraged to audition.
