DID YOU KNOW?
Actors, artists, and gig workers can learn how to access free or low cost healthcare through a variety of programs across Tampa Bay.
And this season at Powerstories, our opening production Predictor reminds us how life‑changing it can be when people have access to medical answers, autonomy, and support. Meg Crane’s true story – inventing the first home pregnancy test in 1967 – shows how one idea can shift power back into the hands of those who need it most.
Our first Greater Good Gathering is here, and you’re invited. Join us for a free, informative evening designed to help you understand the healthcare options available to you.
Deputy Director Michelle Ray from the Family Healthcare Foundation will guide you through what resources exist, who qualifies, and how to get help enrolling. Whether you’re uninsured, between gigs, or simply want to understand your options, this gathering is a supportive place to start.
This session is a chance to learn about free and low‑cost coverage programs and get connected to personalized assistance from the Family Healthcare Foundation. While they serve Hillsborough County, they also support individuals in Polk, Pinellas, and Pasco, so all are welcome.
We have space for 40 guests. The event is free, but please RSVP so we can plan seating and refreshments.
We look forward to welcoming you and helping our creative community stay informed, supported, and cared for with our first of many Greater Good Gatherings.
