There’s something different about theatre when the audience is just a few steps away.

We’re thrilled to introduce Voices of Women: The Studio Series, a new intimate performance series at Powerstories Studio designed to bring audiences closer to the stories, the storytellers and the experience of live theatre. In this smaller, more personal setting, there is less distance between the stage and the audience and more room for connection, conversation and the kind of theatrical moments that stay with us.

The Studio Series gives Powerstories the opportunity to present intimate works in an intimate space, welcoming both new voices and returning artists to our stage. It is another way for us to do what we have always done: create space for women’s stories to be heard, experienced and shared.

We’re excited to open the doors to this new chapter and to welcome you into our Studio.
