The 2027 Voices of Women Theatre Festival puts our full‑length productions front and center with bold, heartfelt stories written by women from all across the country. These feature‑length plays, chosen from both the General Women’s Category and the Women Playwrights 40+ Category, bring depth, humor, grit, and lived experience to the stage.

And because Tampa’s creative heartbeat matters just as much, the festival also lifts up our hometown talent with a lively collection of short plays written by local women. It’s a mix that feels honest and electric: national voices sharing the spotlight with the women who live, work, and write right here in our community.

Together, these works create a festival that’s rich, surprising, and full of discovery. It’s a celebration of women’s stories in all their forms.
